Located in Boldmere Birmingham, and due to commence in a few months, it will offer modern and well-equipped homes for up to 98 residents with a buzzing and varied activity hub open to the local public.
The new care home will offer 85 beds with ensuites and state of the art facilities including a gym, wellness suite for the residents, cinema and Bistro for a casual meet up with friends and relatives.
The apartments will consist of 1 bed or 2 bed with a central modern living space.
